In addition to your IT Help Desk, TTI can provide a Desktop Support team to partner with your existing IT Support to serve as a point-of-contact for escalations and provide efficient on-site customer support. An on-site Desktop Support team allows for a more efficient workflow leading to quicker resolutions and higher customer satisfaction. We strive to ensure that all of our Desktop Support technicians are not only professional, but also personable and courteous in order to bring relief to customers who may be facing stressful situations.
In addition, any repairs that cannot be completed on-site can be taken/directed to our Service Center for more intensive hardware or break-fix repairs.
