Given the quickly-evolving state of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic, Turner Techtronics, Inc. is committed to providing proactive information regarding our team’s preparedness to support our clients. Our executive and client management teams have been diligently preparing our internal and customer-facing continuity plans to mitigate any changes to normal operations needed.
As first responders in helping our clients mitigate the risk the COVID-19 virus presents to business continuity, we’re available to help through expanded working hours, additional technical staffing, 24/7 help desk coverage, workspace recovery, equipment depot services and deployments, and the implementation, management, and support of remote worker and collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, and Microsoft Teams.
While we expect no immediate impact to company operations, we are prepared to continue all support operations from our Burbank and New York offices and have the surge capability to expand all our services to accommodate any emergency technical issues accordingly.
Additionally, Turner Techtronics, Inc. has been actively recruiting and training Help Desk agents to temporarily support and assist with any Help Desk overflow in call volume and to cover any agent(s) who may need a leave of absence.
Furthermore, we have increased our own preparedness to our operations to ensure that communal and personal-hygiene sanitation products are plentiful and readily available for all our employees to use, and our facilities/maintenance team is taking additional steps to maintain a clean environment. We are actively managing visitor / vendor interactions to our facilities and will continue to implement recommended contingency planning steps as the current situation evolves.
